Rallying For The Sport

Because no professional indoor volleyball leagues currently exist in the U.S., one of the major steps in the development of the Women’s National Volleyball Association is to introduce television networks and sponsors to the fan base of this great sport. Over the next couple of months we will be conducting a fan base study and fan membership drive. Our goal is to get as many fans as possible to join the WNVA Facebook fan page www.facebook.com/thewnva . Coaches, players and existing fans, this is where you come in. We need your help getting the word out all over the world. Whatever your role is, this is your opportunity to help us launch volleyball as a major professional sport in the United States. We know we can only be as great as our fans base, so we need volleyball fans everywhere to rally together and stand up for the sport they love. Encourage new fans to leave comments telling us why they love the game and why they want to see volleyball as a professional sport in the United States of America. With this study, we want to convey the global success of volleyball and the void that exists at the professional level in the country that birthed the sport… the United States of America. We are on the verge of revolutionizing this sport in this country… Spread the word and thank you once again for helping us in our efforts to bring home both our athletes and this great American tradition.
