Strengthening their bids to host one of the upstart franchises, Chicago, Austin and Dallas showed the largest increase in fan numbers this past week. Chicago fans were able to hold on to the number one spot and Austin and Dallas fans held on to the number two and three spots. Los Angeles fans held on to fourth place and Atlanta fans moved up to fifth while Seattle dropped to sixth. Houston and Kansas City fans swapped spots this week as Houston fans edged out Kansas City fans for spot number seven. New York held steady at nine and St Louis dropped out of the top ten and was replaced by Madison.
Other cities just outside of the top ten are St. Louis, San Antonio, Wichita, San Diego and Washington D.C..
Keep spreading the word to other friends and fans in your area to increase your city’s chances of getting a WNVA franchise. Don’t forget you can suggest that other fans and friends “like” the Women’s National Volleyball Association by going to the facebook fan page and click on “suggest to friends.” Thanks again to all the fans for taking an active role in helping us build this organization. Check back next week to see how your city is doing.
