The unique history of volleyball in this country is helping us move in the direction of building a bigger, better, professional volleyball league. Although we are a long way from the numbers that we know we will one day see, the nearly 10,000 fans is showing us that volleyball fans are responding to our efforts to bring professionally volleyball back to the United States. That among all other factors is the most important in these early stages.
This past week we gained 685 fans, and the tradition of the past four weeks, the top four cities Chicago, Austin, Dallas and Los Angeles held on to their same positions. Austin’s fan count grew the most out of the top four cities. Atlanta and Houston’s fan count is all tied up in fifth place while Seattle fans are in the seven spot. Rounding out the top ten are Kansas City fans in eighth place and San Antonio and St. Louis fans in ninth and tenth. New York and Madison dropped out of the top ten.
Thanks to all of the fans for taking this journey with us. Many of the new developments that are taking place in this company, are due in large to how you…the fans, have responded to helping us get the word out. Remember to keep suggesting that your friends and other volleyball fans like us when you visit our fan page (www.facebook.com/thewnva). Thanks again for joining the revolution…have a great week.
